I received poor quality. Can I get a refund?

If you receive a product from Savaari that is of poor quality or damaged, you can return it in the same condition as you received it, ensuring the original box and packaging are intact. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process your refund, including any shipping fees incurred.

Note: Please inform us of any damages or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery.

What if I received the wrong item? How can I return it?

If you receive the wrong item, you can return it in the same condition you received it, ensuring that the original box and packaging are intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the original item for you. If the original item is not available, we will issue a refund.

What if I did not receive the complete ordered product?

In rare cases where you order multiple products and one is missing, please take a photo and video on the same day of delivery. Share this with us so we can verify the issue and send you the missing item.

What if I want to cancel the order?

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing sales@greendoor.co.in. After this timeframe, cancellation charges may apply. Once your order is cancelled, we will process your refund within 7 to 15 working days.

When can I return the product within the time duration ? 

You can return the product within 3 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition with the packaging intact.
